You can't find such good pasta in Gaeta (and hardly anywhere else). There isn't a lot of choice and they don't prepare things that deviate from tradition, so normally you can find baba, shortcrust pastry, puff pastry, cream puffs (cream, chocolate etc.), millefeuille, diplomats etc. More desserts prepared for special occasions, such as St. Joseph's zeppole or the fantastic dry Christmas desserts. As for Neapolitan pastries, I have never found these flavors even in the most famous places in the Neapolitan capital...
