I tried this place after some friends had praised it. It wasn't even 10am and the croissants were almost finished with no possibility of having more, I took 2 sweets, 1 with apples inside, I wasn't thrilled, and 1 with almonds and jam inside, very good, I also took a juice because there is no cafeteria, what can I say, good yes but it didn't wow me

Pasticceria storica in centro a bologna. Si distingue dalle altre per la qualità dei prodotti e la simpatia (cosa mai scontata) del personale tutto al femminile. Ci torno tutte le volte che passo di qua! Consiglio pizzette strepitose e il famoso panettone salato di Laganà una certezza!

This year too, the savory panettone purchased on order from Lagana' was much appreciated by my family on Christmas Day. Just put it on the table while waiting for the tortellini to cook to see how quickly it is 'demolished' layer after layer by anyone who passes by ... by chance. Some like cheese and cold cuts, some like Russian salad, some look for mushrooms, some find onions with beans. And so on ... There are other variations, with fish and vegetables, but we are tied to tradition, especially if it has reasonable prices!

21/04/2025: ...I stopped at this "Sarni Sillaro Est" motorway restaurant!!...for a short break during my journey back from the Easter holidays!!...large and bright environment!!!...with a vast assortment of sweet and savory foods!!...various displays with products of all kinds of food and non-food items!!...still well sorted and arranged!!...I purchased 3 boxes of cantuccini to take home!!...the only negative thing!!...that I found the bathrooms dirty!!...but clearly...it could also be due to the influx of people!!...on these days of return!!...with a red stamp!!...yes!...I will definitely stop again!!...at this Autogrill Sarni Sillaro Est!!!...
21/04/2025: ...mi sono fermata in questo autogrill "Sarni Sillaro Est"!!...per una breve pausa durante il mio viaggio di rientro dalle feste di Pasqua!!...ambiente ampio e luminoso!!!...con vasto assortimento di dolce e di salato!!...vari espositori con prodotti di ogni genere alimentare e extraalimentari!!...comunque ben ordinati e disposti!!...ho acquistato 3 scatole di cantuccii da portare a casa!!...unica cosa negativa!!...che ho trovato i bagni sporchi!!...ma chiaramente...può essere anche per l'affluenza di persone!!...in questi giorno di rientro!!...da bollino rosso!!...si!...mi fermerò sicuramente di nuovo!!...in questo Autogrill Sarni Sillaro Est!!!...

11/08/2025: We go to this bakery often. The staff is very kind and helpful. Always ready to serve you. The quality of the brioches could be improved by using a flakier dough. On the downside, every time we go, the tables are dirty, often with crumbs left over. This aspect needs improvement.
