I tried this place after some friends had praised it. It wasn't even 10am and the croissants were almost finished with no possibility of having more, I took 2 sweets, 1 with apples inside, I wasn't thrilled, and 1 with almonds and jam inside, very good, I also took a juice because there is no cafeteria, what can I say, good yes but it didn't wow me

Pasticceria storica in centro a bologna. Si distingue dalle altre per la qualità dei prodotti e la simpatia (cosa mai scontata) del personale tutto al femminile. Ci torno tutte le volte che passo di qua! Consiglio pizzette strepitose e il famoso panettone salato di Laganà una certezza!

This year too, the savory panettone purchased upon reservation from Lagana' was much appreciated by my family on Christmas Day. Just put it on the table waiting for the tortellini to cook to see how quickly it is 'demolished' layer after layer by anyone who passes by... by chance. Some like cheese and cold cuts, some like Russian salad, some look for mushrooms, some find spring onions with beans. And so on... There are other variations, with fish and vegetables, but we are tied to tradition, especially if it has reasonable prices!

First time in this historic pastry shop, good pastries even if priced above average (€1.70) and biscuits €0.65 per piece. A cold welcome, if you can call it that.

12/03/2025: The platter of cold cuts and cheeses was excellent, while the crescentine dishes were a little too greasy for my tastes, the ravioli with butter and sage were well made, while the green tagliatelle with porcini mushrooms were flat in flavor and insipid.

14/04/2025: Best restaurant in the Bolognese Hills! An oasis between the hills of Via dei Colli and Via Paderno, welcoming staff, cuisine of surprising quality and taken care of by the Chef in every detail, from the aperitif menu to the tasting menu at dinner. A discovery of flavors and tasteful choices with each dish. And a menu and wine list to be discovered. Excellent restaurant surrounded by an incredible atmosphere, with a view of the hills on one side and the wonderful vineyards of the restaurant's wine production on the other. An oasis in the middle of the hills and an ode to Emilia Romagna
02/02/2025: Characteristic location, very refined food, even if the portions are unfortunately a little small, which is a shame because the dishes are delicious
