One of the best pastry shops in Bologna

I tried this place after some friends had praised it. It wasn't even 10 o'clock and the croissants were almost gone with no chance of getting more. I got two pastries, one with apples inside, which I wasn't thrilled with, and one with almonds and jam inside, which was very good. I also got a juice because there's no coffee shop. What can I say? It's good, but it didn't thrill me.

Pasticceria storica in centro a bologna. Si distingue dalle altre per la qualità dei prodotti e la simpatia (cosa mai scontata) del personale tutto al femminile. Ci torno tutte le volte che passo di qua! Consiglio pizzette strepitose e il famoso panettone salato di Laganà una certezza!

This year too, the savory panettone purchased on order from Lagana' was much appreciated by my family on Christmas Day. Just put it on the table while waiting for the tortellini to cook to see how quickly it is 'demolished' layer after layer by anyone who passes by ... by chance. Some like cheese and cold cuts, some like Russian salad, some look for mushrooms, some find onions with beans. And so on ... There are other variations, with fish and vegetables, but we are tied to tradition, especially if it has reasonable prices!
