Without a doubt the best bar in the area! Highly recommended for a tasty breakfast in company. The desserts, prepared in the internal laboratory, are a real delight and you can immediately perceive the quality of the ingredients. Compliments to all the staff: friendly, professional and always smiling bartenders. My favorite bar.

Best bar I've ever been to in my life. I've been coming here every day for a few months and the bartenders are all very kind and helpful, not to mention the excellent coffee and the handmade croissants made by them which are amazing, perfect for starting the day in the best possible way. Different options for lunch are also available, try it! Highly recommended. Keep it up guys! ❤️

It's difficult to find quality, courtesy, attention and a welcoming, warm and reassuring environment like Lab Art! Quality and craftsmanship require a fair price which is absolutely adequate here. A special applause to all the guys for a service that cannot be found elsewhere. Thank you!!!!

My trusted bar! When I go to them I feel at home. Nice and friendly staff and very nice too! The pastries are fantastic, I've tried them all now! The croissants are very good and stuffed, super recommended! I couldn't do without it!

03/06/2025: Sinceramente non mi ritrovo nei commenti negativi, si tratta senz'altro di un locale che strizza l'occhio anche al turista, vista anche la bellissima posizione, ma, avendolo provato in un giorno di festa, è quindi di grande stress per il personale, devo dire che sono stati perfetti, cortesi, non ci hanno messo fretta sebbene ci fosse gente in fila fino alle 15.30. Bocconcini di cinghiale e friggitelli davvero buoni, prezzi congrui assolutamente non esagerati.
23/05/2025: Luogo incantevole cucina d’eccellenza splendida vista cortesia gentilezza un luogo dove tornare sempre per gustare la pizza eccezionali ed i piatti della cucina casareccia tipica dei castelli romani

17/05/2025: Despite the restaurant being packed, the owner didn't hesitate to make room for us even though we hadn't made a reservation. Hearty dishes full of Italian flavor! The staff was dynamic and friendly. A lively atmosphere, as this beautiful country is known for. Thank you for this moment.
