I took a dessert that few know how to make, the cake with the bischeri. And I can say as a former pastry chef that it was a masterpiece. Really delicious.

The best pastry bar in Pisa with its own product production. Everything excellent. Nice place, clean and well looked after in detail. Very welcoming and kind staff. The only flaw is the parking which is paid.

Excellent pastry shop both in terms of quality and price. You can also find sweet pieces that are not very common especially in Pisa such as the "cube" croissant.

Very nice place, friendly staff, excellent pastry shop (one of the few in Pisa). Few tables inside, in the heat it benefits from the outside tables (in any case not many: better to book)

Truly excellent quality pastry shop with a beautiful outdoor space and tastefully furnished rooms.
All very nice if there weren't also some critical issues to point out
Difficulty parking and paid parking.
Disorganized and unprofessional staff.
Rooms not overly clean.
So let's say that I evaluate the products and furnishings, including the location, very positively, while the second services are not up to par.

Excellent pastry shop and bar. The pastries and desserts are delicious. Sympathy and professionalism. It's a shame, given the popularity of the place, that there are few places to sit (both internally and externally).
They don't have ice cream.
They serve an aperitif after 6pm.

Locale molto bello e particolare! Servizio offerto di qualità, pasticceria molto buona e con una scelta importante. La mia esperienza è stata negativa per ciò che riguarda le torte, mentre molto bene la pasticceria 👍
