A lovely, buzzy cafe with delicious coffee and pastries. We were staying nearby and went there nearly every morning for breakfast. Service was good and we particularly enjoyed being served by Ricardo who was very professional but also great fun.

One of the best pastry shops I've ever been to! 😍 As soon as you walk in, you're greeted by the aroma of freshly baked pastries and the smiles of the staff, always kind and helpful.
I've had several different items, and everything is simply perfect! The creams are light yet flavorful, the pastry is crispy, and you can taste the quality ingredients.
The cake was a success, meticulously crafted and delicious.

I was staying in Pisa with four friends. We are English, learning Italian. We had breakfast at this cafeteria every day. Our top marks go to Ricardo who gave the best service in all of the cafes and restaurants we visited in Tuscany. We are all senior citizens and he made us feel welcome and valued. He very quickly learned what we liked to order (his memory is phenomenal)He was respectful, professional and , importantly, a lot of fun, and this is why we kept returning to this cafe. I hope the management appreciate him!

The highlight of my trip to Pisa! Honestly, one of the best pastry shops I've ever been to. A delightful surprise (decided to see what the building was when walking past). The service was incredible, great selection of various pasties including interesting ones such as square croissants. Not too sweet either, just right, and everything was fresh / perfectly baked. Very reasonable prices, and they even sell amedi chocolates jn various sizes. Wish I wasn't just passing by and could visit again.

We were disappointed that we were forced to sit down, as table service inflates the price of the bill (if you order at the register and take it home, a sandwich is €3; if the waiter serves it, it's €4) and they don't warn you about this. We saw people ordering, they would serve it on a small plate, give the receipt to the waitress at the food counter, and the customer would bring it to the table... that's what we wanted, but according to the guy at the register, it was like kicking us out as tourists, what a nuisance we were (NO! NO! GET OUT AT THE TABLE!).
Aside from this, there's a huge variety for breakfast and delicious coffee! The waiter is very pleasant and attentive, and speaks many languages (including Spanish).

Excellent pastry shop and very fair prices, excellent coffee shop too... only criticism: the sandwiches (e.g. the round focaccias with tomato and mozzarella) are practically empty, so thin are the tomatoes and mozzarella, a couple of mm more thickness would make everything tastier

Nice, well-kept, and welcoming pastry shop. Excellent quality products, from the coffee to the desserts, everything tastes great. Friendly staff and fast service.
Only note: the prices are a bit higher than other places in the area, but overall the experience was positive.

This is our second time using them for a graduation cake, and this time for a birthday cake as well. They're still the best pastry shop in Pisa for us. Delicious cakes, fair prices, and helpful staff. Recommended for your events ❤️
