Chaotic, loud, typical Italian backery. Come early(before 10am) or there will be no pastries for breakfast. You can order croissant with Nutella/pistacio/apricot. Just ask the lady and she will make it for you. Excellent food and coffee. You can have the food to go or enjoy the atmosphere and eat there.

Simply the best pastry shop in Grosseto, but also undoubtedly one of the best overall. You might find some good treats elsewhere, but here every piece is a work of art. Question: why are the millefeuille less crunchy on Mondays?!

15/08/2025: The pinsas are very good. The only downside is the extra charge for the gluten-free pinsa: +€4.50 seems excessive to me.
02/08/2025: The only gluten-free option in the area can be found here, where Cristian and Alessio are delightful, kind, and polite hosts. The pinsa is delicious, a little pricey, but good!
