I often go to Trieste for work and I absolutely cannot miss a coffee at La Bomboniera! What can I say, delicious coffee and desserts! Staff always kind and friendly! In particular, Mrs. Barbara.

They couldn't find a more appropriate name to describe this place, both for how it looks and how it is maintained. It seems like a small museum full of inviting sweets for all palates and fantastic creations that are painful to taste because they are so beautiful to look at. I complimented the staff on how they manage this small museum and on their kindness and courtesy towards everyone. Don't miss to visit it, it is a source of pride for our city.

La Pasticceria Bomboniera di Trieste è un esempio di come si dovrebbe gestire un’attività. Il personale è davvero cordiale e rispettoso, accogliendo ogni cliente con un sorriso e un’attenzione genuina. L’atmosfera è calda e invitante, perfetta per una pausa dolce o una colazione rilassante. I prezzi sono assolutamente accettabili, soprattutto considerando l’alta qualità dei prodotti offerti. Dai dolci tradizionali a quelli più ricercati, tutto è preparato con cura e passione. Un’esperienza altamente raccomandata per chiunque cerchi non solo bontà, ma anche gentilezza e professionalità.

Delicious desserts and excellent service. We took two single portions to take away and a tart with jam, all very good. The place is beautiful and really worth a visit.

Molto buona la sacher alle nocciole; per il resto i dolci che abbiamo assaggiato si sono rivelati un po’ deludenti, anche se erano già finiti quelli tipici della colazione per cui la pasticceria è rinomata.
