Historic patisserie and cafe dating back to 1836 located in a pedestrian street just off the canal. Beautiful cakes and sweet treats, all very reasonably priced. Coffee is really good too. Service can be slow but it’s definitely worth the wait. The decor is beautiful inside but the space is small. Only two tiny tables inside, but lots of table seating outside under the umbrellas. Lively bit of historic charm- definitely worth a visit’

The fantastic historic venue Delicious food and as per Triestina tradition the cappuccino like the coffee is accompanied by a glass of super chocolate!!!

A Historic place to eat some delicious pastries of incredible quality. Perfect service given by really nice people. I would absolutely recommend to try the Fried Cannolis for those who love quality cream filling. Very affordable given the quality.

Magical place in the center of Trieste, with comfortable tables in a shaded street which is pleasant in summer, nothing to say about the pastry shop, accompanied by a coffee or cappuccino with the addition of hot chocolate to put on top

They assisted us in making our selection by explaining the ingredients of the pastries and then carefully packed them for us to take away. We were particularly impressed with the "Presnitz fetta" pastry. Discover your favorite flavor among the extensive selection.

07/08/2024: How lucky we were to get a table without a reservation. I recommend making reservations because the guests who came after us without reservations unfortunately had no space left. I'm glad we got a table, otherwise we wouldn't have had this delicious evening on our last day of vacation. Thank you very much, dear team, for this fantastic meal with starter, main course and dessert, your friendly and funny manner and that we could spontaneously be your guests. Absolutely recommended!
04/07/2024: The place is very nice. The lady at the tables was very kind. For a quick lunch break, we ate scallops au gratin, 2 spaghetti with clams and tagliolini with scampi alla busara. All very good, small and charming outdoor area in the center, in a side street, you couldn't hear the traffic noise. Pleasant, and very well eaten. Thank you Highly recommended

17/11/2023: Great cafe and bar. The service was impeccable, professional and fast. The attire with tie of the staff present was much appreciated. Fine and refined environment. Simple but well prepared aperitifs. Very good toasts and choice of fresh pastries.
