Pasticceria Iris In Fossò

Very nice, well-kept and familiar place, with tables both inside and outside. I went there for the first time and there were a lot of people for breakfast, I think it's normal because I imagine that a lot of locals go there. There was a vast and abundant choice of brioches, mine was soft and not heavy; the cappuccino very good and carefully presented. The staff are courteous and overall handle the pressure well even when there are a lot of people. The girl at the counter from whom I had asked for croissants and cappuccino remarked to me when I told her that I would go and sit outside, because then I would have had to place my order with the waiter who was serving the tables: I couldn't have known (it doesn't work like that in my usual café), perhaps some signs would help. It's good that Satispay is there, but not adequately marked with a sticker and QR code at the checkout: I only discovered it because I asked. These are small things that I point out just for some constructive advice. Prices are in line with normality. I will definitely be back. After some time I returned and confirm my review. Adding a couple of small access ramps for people who have difficulty/impossibility to climb the steps would be very welcome and would earn the place points.

Excellent pastries, the environment is warm and well looked after, the staff is kind and always smiling. The brioches were delicious as were the other pastry products that I was able to taste.

Village but modern pastry shop, space-age fruit mignon!!

Regular customer I must say that the quality is ok for my tastes, but the service sometimes like today there is some middle-aged staff who instead of being more experienced seem to have their head in the clouds, getting things wrong several times takeaway delivered. Yet usually 50 year olds should be the most valid😂😂🤭

Although the products are good, too much mess and little organization. After entering they showed me (without much courtesy) a place to sit for breakfast. The waitress arrived after a quarter of an hour and after I had gone to the counter to ask for news and had seen customers who had arrived long after me being served. So when breakfast arrived I left and it no longer exists for me! And it wasn't the first time, I'm not a big customer but I bought several breakfasts and some desserts or pastries (which are only miniature ones anyway). There are other excellent pastry shops
