Excellent pastry shop. The cappuccino, the maritozzo, the millefoglie and the tiramisu are delicious. Very kind staff, welcoming environment.

We were in Milan and we passed by, but I honestly thought it would be better since it shouldn't be a place like a classic bar/pastry shop.

On the first day, a friend of mine and I were pleasantly surprised by the service and the quality of the products. The staff was very kind and attentive in satisfying our curiosity, they entertained us, giving the right amount of space to other customers. The cappuccino made by a boy with tattoos on his arm was beautiful to look at and delicious to taste. On the second day, however, the staff was indisposed; in particular, Sabino M., at the counter, remained talking to his colleague and showing him photos of his previous trips, rather than being kind to the customers. His cappuccino was like any other, compared to the one from the day before and his superficial attitudes towards us.

Everything very clean, order and attention to detail. The desserts are the best thing you could eat at the Duomo. Unfortunately I didn't like the staff, they are limp and don't seem very professional. Acceptable prices.

The desserts at this pastry shop are too good! I took a small Sacher and found it the best I have ever eaten. The staff is very kind but not welcoming enough but the service is fast. All good!

Aldilà dei prezzi stellari (ma è risaputo). ho voluto verificare se ne valeva la pena: Assolutamente SI.! Dolci squisiti. Personale sempre molto gentile e disponibile. Ovviamente almeno per me ...nn per tutti i giorni.
