Excellent hotel. My triple room is spacious with a breathtaking view of the mountains of Val Venosta. Convenient location for the ski bus stop. Very kind staff. Excellent breakfast. They don't do dinner.

In itself a solid hotel for the price (double room in March including breakfast €120). We got something else at short notice. Breakfast is solid. As others have pointed out, this is a grotesque attempt to save money. Grotesque because maximum annoyance for the guest is offset by minimal savings: - The sauna, which is very nice in itself, is only open 3 days a week (for example, if you are there Wednesday - Sunday, you have exactly 1 day of sauna) - Energy-saving lamps in the room (the ones that came out in the early 2000s and take about 30 seconds to light up) - Only 1 hairdryer per floor (those things don't cost €20...) - Motion detectors for lights switch the light on for about 10 seconds, so you are constantly in the dark The crowning glory is that only cash payment is accepted. Always leaves a bad aftertaste.

Good hotel in a perfect location. What's really annoying is that you get the impression that savings are being made at every corner. Sauna is only available 3 times a week, the motion detectors in the stairwell and in the ski room switch the lights on so short that you are constantly in the dark. You won't find an oven or dishwasher in the apartments. The service is very cold and you feel more like a supplicant.

I always come here with family. I love the environment specially for the little ones. Friendly staff and everything is very clean. Another good thing is that it’s the first stop of the bus so you always have space to seat 😉

Used only the Bar Pastry service, what can I say, exceptional cakes and a very honest price, super recommended for breakfast, a stone's throw from the Messner Mountain Museum
