Excellent gluten-free pastries of all types. They manage to make crumbly dough like few others, it's the discovery that made me digest life as a celiac the most. Elegant, precious place, but with normal prices for the quality.

A pastry jewel with a retro flavour, I would even say Hopperian, as I like to define it, because it refers to the atmospheres of Edward's paintings. It is a small corridor of sweetness, and I think this is precisely what makes the place such a unique and special environment, which produces excellent high-quality pastries, made of genuine products; and in addition to the traditional one, it offers vegan and lactose-free versions, giving everyone the opportunity to enjoy those sweet moments in life. As a great pastry lover, I have tried different types of desserts, both cakes and breakfast, but after today's delicious Parigina, which I accompanied with a tasty and excellent coffee, I must say that it was truly such a sublime and special experience for my palate, that I felt the desire and need to share it through the captioned images of this review of mine. If you are lucky enough to find it, try it because it is really worth trying, as is the classic Maritozzo with cream. Thanks and congratulations to the master pastry chefs, who among other things can be seen at work through the characteristic glass that separates the laboratory from the room and which creates, in fact, that special sensation of being inside a Hopper painting. A pastry masterpiece. I recommend it!

Small place, but with tables outside overlooking Porta Romana. But a fantastic surprise: a lovely gluten-free display case. Fantastic! Amazing brioches filled with cream and chocolate! Delicious coffee! Friendly, amazing staff. Very quick bartender! Celiac approved!!!

I and my colleagues liked the Iris cake a lot, it caresses the palate. "Délicieux!"...that's what they told me while we were eating it. And those rice balls... truly this place is a delicious discovery

I ordered some kind of gluten-free stuffed cookies and they were very good!

Nel mese di novembre ho contatato Gualtieri per prenotare tre panettoni due dolci SG e Sl e uno grastromico SG e SL(non farcito). Alla vigilia abbiamo avuto una spiacevole sorpresa,quello gastronomico era stato farcito(ovviamente non l’avevo messo in frigo essendo in albergo),per cui risaltata la cena della vigilia perché immangiabile con il dubbio che fosse glutinoso. La mattina di Natale l ho riportato indietro per chiedere un rimborso,non ho ricevuto scuse e pensavano che l errore fosse stato fatto da parte mia,non trovavano neanche il riferimento dell ordine e alla fine ho preteso il rimborso poiché ormai la vigilia era stata rovinata. MAI PIÙ data la poca professionalità e scortesia(a parte la ragazza asiatica mostratasi carina e disponibile). In occasione del rimborso ho anche notato un’altra commessa accarezzare il cane e subito dopo continuare a servire dietro al bacione senza nemmeno lavarsi le mani.Traete voi le vostre conclusioni.

Service was so helpful regarding allergen information. Gluten free food was in a seperate cabinet. I had a gluten free croissant which was light and had the slight moisture that a lot of gf croissants lack. It was amazing!! I also had a semi-circle biscuit pastry thing with blueberry jam that had a lovely toffee-like sugar coating. It was well worth the value, quality was amazing and there was a lovely heated glass nook outside.

Pasticceria raffinata e in genere molto buona. Ottime la torta Iris e la tarte citron, molto buoni i salati. Deludente il Mont Blanc, tutta panna montata con pochissima pasta di marroni. Visto il prezzo astronomico mi aspettavo qualcosa di completamente diverso. I difetti sono: i prezzi sempre molto alti, le dimensioni minuscole del locale, la chiusura all’ora di pranzo.
