For my wife's 50th birthday celebration at Serre Torrigiani, I ordered a cake from them. Giulio was very kind and available to create a beautiful chocolate cake just as I requested. They also made sure it was delivered to Serre Torrigiani on time. Exquisite cake!

Superb pastry shop in Porta Romana passed down for generations since 1933. It’s just outside the city center of Florence. I’ve been several times: the pastries are all delicious, as is the coffee. Ginevra and her staff are always kind and friendly - a great place to start your day!

The bakery has a seperate case for gluten free items- some pastries and mini sandwiches. I got 2 pastries and they asked if I would like any filling: you can get it plain, chocolate, pistachio, jam, etc. I got one chocolate and one pistachio. Both were delicious! Limited table space but I didn't have to wait too long for a seat.

Fab coffee and pastries. Prices really reasonable. Kids loved our quick morning stop here before the city.

Great surprise: finally a pastry shop with various vegan options! Unfortunately the place is very small, so since there are often (rightly) a lot of people there is little space to eat peacefully, but the croissants are really good, as is the coffee. I recommend it!

This place very much deserves the high praise that it gets. The cappuccinos are delicious and creamy, and the selection of gluten free pastries is very impressive. They had savory sandwiches, croissants, croissants with cream, chocolate croissants, and a longer pastry with cream in the middle on top, among a couple others that I can't recall. Their gluten free pastries are in a separate case to the left and were very visually appealing. I got a cream croissant and a chocolate croissant, and the texture was out of this world, especially for someone who is Celiac and has limited breakfast/dessert options. The croissants were tender, flaky, and so tasty! I've never had anything that tender and flaky in the United States. Even though they were busy, the staff were wonderfully charming and friendly. I felt very welcomed and appreciated as a customer. If I ever come back to Florence, this place will be at the top of my list to visit again!

Small sweet Florentine treasure chest. An ancient environment like the flavors and taste of the master craftsmen of the past. You immediately think that a place like this deserves more space. Excellent ingredients and skilful workmanship produce some of the best pastries and desserts in Florence at honest prices. Pleasant music and service.

Wow, cruasanes perfectos y otros pasteles. El café es bueno. Hicimos unos pasteles y una pequeña tarta que tenía avellanas en casa, y fue increíble. Menos mal que no estamos demasiado cerca de este lugar, ya que nos deteníamos aquí un par de veces al día.
