The sign remains Alber, but the management has changed. I met the owners, and they're from Palermo. I tried the cassatella and cannoli, and they were excellent. Upon reservation, they prepare any Sicilian dessert or even a rosti. I'd change the sign and add the Sicilian logo.

I'm writing this review because yesterday, when I entered what used to be the Albert pastry shop, I discovered a new place: La vera gastronomia siciliana. The name, while beautiful and fitting for Sicilian gastronomy, doesn't fully capture the wonder of the place. They have all kinds of beautiful desserts, and the ones I tried were amazing, with many high-quality dishes. My friends tried the Sicilian gastronomy and loved it. I was enchanted by the pizza. I've never had one so soft and delicious. I recommend it to everyone!

Today, I discovered a wonderful place. I want to recommend it to everyone, because it's very difficult to find a delicatessen of such high quality. I went in to buy some pasta, and I learned that the current management is a true Sicilian delicatessen. I saw they had many dishes, but the fish particularly struck me; it was fresh and spectacular! I'll be bringing the delegation we're expecting to visit our company for dinner; I've arranged a fabulous menu. I never imagined they could offer such refined dishes. The pasta dishes were also amazing!

At the authentic Sicilian delicatessen on Via Lomellina, you can enjoy wonderful dishes prepared by chef Ignazio, who uses the freshest ingredients and pays close attention to the customer. The dishes are generous and excellent. I love eating fish, and Ignazio, at my request, prepares special, unique dishes for me, made to order, tailored to my tastes, capable of bringing a smile to my face even on the saddest days. Thank you, Ignazio!

Yesterday I bought a spectacular paella at this wonderful restaurant. It surprised me. I've been to Spain several times and have never had such a good one. The staff is incredibly kind, and I also discovered the Sicilian desserts: delicious. It was a revelation for me, and I recommend it to everyone!

I returned after a long absence and discovered that Pasticceria Albert has changed ownership. It was a wonderful discovery. The new management, dubbed "true Sicilian gastronomy," offers extraordinary dishes on par with a five-star restaurant, and the pastry shop is much better than the previous one. I personally loved the Sicilian desserts and the chocolate cake, but it feels like stepping into a fairy tale...there are so many tempting desserts. The staff is very kind and attentive to their customers.

Highly recommended! The quality is astonishing, from the hot deli to the desserts. We went for both breakfast and lunch and sampled a wide variety of traditional dishes. Caponata, savory pies, and arancini were wonderful. The desserts are unique, like the ricotta and pear puff pastry, and the ricotta lobster. Everything is fresh and prepared with great dedication. The staff is incredibly friendly and proud to showcase their products. The prices are also excellent (average breakfast with two pastries and two cappuccinos is €7).
