Excellent pastry chefs and bartenders. Nice and welcoming environment. They made a (serious) mistake with me and pretended to be right. I'm sorry, but that's not how it works. I am the customer, you must have the humility to recognize the mistake.

The pastry shop certainly deserves a lot of praise, the decor and colors are subject to personal taste, I personally don't prefer them. However, a pleasant place to spend a few minutes relaxing with friends or family. High prices.

I find her a little expensive as a pastry chef, the pastries are not bad but not very good either. The sales assistant should be more careful when serving customers, because when purchasing a tray of pastries at home I realized that one was missing which I paid for anyway. Worth trying, but I've eaten better ones....😉

Fresh and really good desserts, a little overpriced. Very expensive also for orange juice and herbal tea.

Today I went to get a tray of 15 pastas happily chosen by me. They took a little while to give me the tray, which was strange considering that there were 2 other customers besides me. I pay and go away but when I open the tray I realize that there wasn't even a pastry of the ones I had chosen 😲 I call and a girl answers who, super awkward, just asks me to apologize for what happened, telling me that the girl got confused with the trays ahaha well obviously 🤦🏼 without absolutely telling me to come by and they would solve it or inviting me another day giving me a small tray of pastries. I don't lack money but that's not how you treat a customer. Yes ok the pastries are decent but if I don't feel welcome a place might even close! Zero rating!

The pastries were excellent, the creams fresh, the service was fast, the staff were friendly and ready to help you choose the delicacies. The place is spotless and well kept. It's the first time I've entered this establishment and I was really satisfied with the experience, I will definitely return.
