Highly recommended!!! Yes, but it's already good in a beautiful setting, with attentive and knowledgeable staff despite the busy restaurant. I'll be back often to try all the dishes on the menu: we had a 5-star pinsa!

I arrived here by pure chance on a business trip. I was very impressed by the quality of the place, the very refined cuisine and the very attentive service. I travel a lot and I don't remember a Bistrot of this level in Italy. Congratulations indeed. I will definitely return

Ristorante Camparient

07/03/2025: I was in Alpe di Mera for skiing and I had the opportunity to try the Rifugio Camparient. The rooms are clean and tidy. The service was excellent, the staff very friendly and nice. The owner was very rude, during the period in which I was in this hotel there was also a school on a trip, the kids were very polite and the owner insulted them and continued to complain about them without them doing anything. The location of the Hotel is convenient for the slopes. Also, some snowshoes were lost by the staff. I would recommend a little more attention
06/03/2025: The Camparient is a very beautiful and well-managed refuge, perfect for enjoying the slopes of Mera, those who criticize go to the Dolomites and the problem is solved.

Trattoria San Giovanni

03/05/2025: Cercavamo una trattoria. Abbiamo guardato su Tripadvisor e questa ci è sembrato facesse al caso nostro. Per cui siamo venuti. È un sabato sera. Posto pulito e accoglienza calorosa. Ci serve Elena, davvero carina e gentile In fase dieta Lemme mi limito ad una costata ai ferri senza sale. L'altra persona invece si è preso un risotto toma e prosecco. La costata è ottima e buono il risotto anche se - in effetti come ho letto in una recensione precedente - arriva troppo velocemente per essere fatto al momento . Comunque niente male. Anzi molto buono . Tra l'altro, a voler guardare, chi l' ha detto che il risotto deve esser fatto al momento? Limportante è che sia buono. Fritto misto alla piemontese ottimo. Porzioni enormi. Ne portiamo a casa una buona metà. Costo 79 euro in due con il caffè e un amaro ( 5 euro) senza dolce. Mi aspettavo qualcosa meno ma tutto sommato ok.
20/02/2025: Locale molto spazioso e arredato con tavoli e sedie di legno. Cucina unicamente piemontese, ideale per pranzi di lavoro . Personalmente ho trovato buona la panissa ,ma non eccezionale il fritto misto. Il punto forte del locale rimangono le porzioni molto abbondanti.
