01/11/2025: Osteria con cucina al Centralino is a pleasant surprise in the heart of Scalon. At first glance, the exterior doesn't do the place justice; it would be nice to see a little more care and attention to detail, because the entrance doesn't give you a clue as to how welcoming the interior is. Once inside, however, everything changes: the place has been tastefully renovated, the atmosphere is warm and convivial, and you can feel that homey feeling that only true osterias can provide. The staff is friendly and attentive, and the kitchen offers authentic, well-prepared dishes made with quality ingredients.

25/10/2025: I stopped in today with two friends for a beer, returning from a hike in Valbelluna. From the outside, it looks modest, but inside, it's truly comfortable and charming. I also purchased some dairy products and was pleased with the good prices. I also appreciated the efficient service from the two young women at the counter, presumably a mother and daughter, who were also very attractive. I discussed with the lady the possibility of making a reservation for a large group in the future, obviously with advance reservations. Rest assured, I will do so, as I'd love to try your cuisine. I apologize in advance for any inconvenience caused by our large group.
