The place is very nice but, honestly, I have never eaten such bad pistachio brioches in a pastry shop. That is, stuff from a suburban bar and I'm sorry to say it because Galimberti is known for being an excellent pastry shop.

Well-kept pastry shop in the central Via Gemona, friendly owner and employees: the coffee is excellent, even to take away, as is the pastry shop. Prices higher than average in the city.

I think they have the best pastries and brioches in all of Udine, since I tried them I haven't been able to find anything better around. Good fresh and always new things to propose!!!! As for the staff, always helpful and kind. For the environment it deserves much more space for the potential it has! But despite this, very nice, simple but above all clean!

Welcoming and attentive staff, the brioches dough is fabulous and their MyBrioche truly surprising, a lot of choice of ingredients for a huge croissant but still manageable for two (alone it would be a great challenge!)! For info, there are few tables inside, but they have a nice outdoor seating area with other tables.

19/08/2024: Il locale è carinissimo e con un’aria un po’ retrò che ti permette di immergerti pienamente in un’esperienza culinaria a 360°. Il titolare è una persona gentilissima e molto attenta a tutti i dettagli. La qualità della materia prima è di altissimo livello e le varie preparazioni sono un’emozione. La proposta è abbastanza ampia e di ottimo livello. Interessante anche la scelta dei vini. Da provare assolutamente se avete voglia di mangiare qualcosa di relativamente semplice, ma molto buono.
26/07/2024: Well, the "location" certainly doesn't have a sea view or super-modern furnishings, but the dishes tasted are certainly of excellent quality, in particular the duck breast appetizer is exquisite and worth it. A 5 star for sure.
