A huge thank you to Lorenzo Bossoni for this fantastic, truly unconventional Easter egg! A unique, creative, visionary, and surprising piece, with an elegant and sophisticated design that immediately catches the eye. The retroreflection gives it an almost magical effect, making it even more captivating, and the personalized dedication in my name was a detail I truly appreciated. It was a shame to break it... but at the same time an even greater pleasure to do so, enjoying a simply extraordinary, intense, and uncommon dark chocolate. An experience that perfectly combines aesthetics and flavor!

A truly high-quality pastry shop! Each product is not only delicious, but also meticulously crafted down to the smallest aesthetic detail: a true feast for both the palate and the eyes. You can sense the attention to ingredients and craftsmanship. The staff is incredibly kind, welcoming, and always available, making the experience even more enjoyable. Highly recommended!

I had the pleasure of tasting a truly extraordinary Sacher torte from Pasticceria Bossoni, and I was completely won over. The chocolate sponge cake was soft and perfectly balanced, with an intense yet never cloying flavor. The apricot jam inside added a slightly tart note that paired perfectly with the dark chocolate glaze. The topping was smooth and glossy, with a rich, deep chocolate flavor that made every slice irresistible. The quality of the ingredients and the artisanal care in its preparation are clearly evident. It's one of those cakes that satisfies both chocolate lovers and those seeking a refined, well-balanced dessert. Without a doubt, one of the best Sacher tortes I've ever eaten: congratulations to the pastry shop for their excellent work! ❤️❤️

I ordered a Sacher torte to celebrate my 20th birthday. Not only was the cake beautiful, it was also delicious. The price was perfectly in line with the quality.

I've been going to this pastry shop for years and it's always a guaranteed success! Exceptional pastries and cakes, spectacular cannoncini and stracciatelli. The breakfasts are also delicious. The new location is beautiful and elegant, and the staff is always smiling and super welcoming. Highly recommended!

I've always ordered takeout, and finally, with the new, modern and spacious location, there's seating so you can have breakfast, a snack, or an aperitif in an atmosphere that's both welcoming and attentive to customer needs. I appreciate the wide selection: there are options for vegetarians, vegans, gluten-free options, and especially savory options (the mini pizzas are a must-try). I often work remotely, and I've found it convenient to bring my laptop (wifi and power outlets are available). Of course, as with all places that offer remote work stations, it's polite to drink more than one espresso if you plan on staying at a table for a while. :) I've heard lunch menus are coming soon, too; I'm curious!

Amazing new environment and the pastries are always the best!

Unfortunately, I can't give more stars; I'm not allowed to. We bought the savoury panettone last year, and it was very good and beautiful, but this year it was superb!!! Beautiful, tasty, and very rich. The dough was a cloud, the filling (plus the kindness of letting me choose the flavors) was very rich, beautifully presented, and above all, very fresh! (You could tell it hadn't been made days and days in advance!) The price was also excellent compared to the average (and I hope it doesn't go up 😉). All the guests, who were also the same as last year, said it was even better! Everyone wanted to know the name of the pastry shop. Traveling miles from Rodengo Saiano is worth it!! I rarely write reviews, but this time they really deserve it!!! TOP💯🌟💯🌟💯 Making a good impression at the table and delighting the palate is a pleasure, and I'd like to share it!!
