15/04/2025: While passing through on business we went to this restaurant which offers a fixed menu for €12 for lunch, the service is very fast and the waiters are quick and professional in carrying out their task, the first courses are tasty and the pasta is always cooked al dente which is not easy at lunch with so many customers... and so far so good... Unfortunately our lunch was ruined by the second courses, a Milanese cutlet of those purchased already breaded and a shank without infamy and without glory... now I say but is it possible that breading a chicken steak is unthinkable to do? If so, there are dishes that are equally economical and quick to prepare which allow you to make the same good impression... for the shin, however, change the raw material which is better.
