A customer for years, quality sometimes good, sometimes excellent. However, not all products may be top-notch. Willing to compensate if necessary. Sincere advice: The kindness and empathy of the staff could be improved, especially one today at around 1 PM (with glasses, medium hair, and a bit stout; she'll hate me now) who gave abrupt and curt responses, which a customer doesn't deserve. Especially when she presents herself kindly and politely.

I was so lucky to find this deliciously roasted and aromatic illy coffee while in Bologna 🌹...

The croissants were moist and buttery. The staff were very kind.

I went to Forno Pallotti for breakfast, beautiful location, kind and professional staff, limited variety of sweet pastries, however the ones I consumed were good.

Fantastic breakfast pastries, especially the creamy ones. The bakery offers exquisite products but very high prices. Not for everyone's budget, but highly recommended nonetheless.

A magnificent café with a bakery and pastry shop. Coffee, croissants, brioches, pastries, and donuts aplenty with exquisite creams, zabaglione, chocolates, and perfectly whipped cream. The staff is kind and friendly, accustomed to handling large numbers of customers at once, both efficiently and quickly. The place is fairly standard, furnished in a simple manner without any particular architectural sophistication. They've certainly focused more on substance than form, and this is a good guarantee of reliability and professionalism, because form and substance don't always go hand in hand in a place where you might pay a lot to stay in an ostentatious setting but then leave with a bitter taste in your mouth for not having eaten well. That's not the case here. Fair prices, in line with other establishments. In short, a place to go and return to again and again.

Fresh and excellent baked goods. Prices are higher than average, and service isn't the most welcoming. Breakfast is good.
