Cercando le sfogliatelle da portare ad amici e parenti perugini, ieri mattina, dopo averne assaggiate ben due in due diversi bar pasticceria nei pressi del mercatino di pignasecca, devo riconoscere mancava quel quid di eccellenza. Ho allora chiesto ad un commerciante in zona che mi ha indirizzata alla Pasticceria F.lli Mastracchio: beh, il livello è notevolmente salito! Qui ho trovato le sfogliatelle, riccia e frolla, freschissime e con tutti gli ingredienti dosati al punto giusto: una vera bontà! Katia
