As a volunteer at the Thiene Women's Help Desk, I wanted to congratulate the company on its successful initiative for women, "Self-Defense in Pink," which took place on Saturday, September 13th. The initiative successfully combined theory and practice, thanks to the careful guidance of the athletes and the psychologist. Kudos also to Beox and the award-winning Rigoldi.

We tasted both the colombe and the panettone and they were truly delicious.

We received a Colomba Pistacchio Lemon as a gift – simply delicious, and beautifully packaged, too. Highly recommended.

I've been tasting panettone and colomba cakes for many years, and Filippi's classic colomba (and panettone as well) is considered the absolute best: soft, fragrant, aromatic, just the right amount of sweetness, with quality candied fruit and almonds, excellent leavening, and a uniform glaze. I've also tried other Filippi colomba flavors and found the same quality. I'd also like to emphasize that the ingredients are carefully selected and taste beautifully balanced. Congratulations, and I hope Filippi continues to maintain their high standards of production. A well-deserved 5 stars.
