The savory food is of really high quality. The sensory experience you absolutely must try is the cream cannoli. Unique and unattainable, a crunchy pastry with an abundant cream content with an incredible flavour. Another experience to try (a must for the people of Modena) is the gnocco (dumpling for those coming from outside) with ham and cappuccino. Fried at the moment. You can't pass through Modena and not go to Dondi for breakfast.
