This historic pastry shop always manages to improve and surprise. It goes without saying that the quality of their desserts is undisputed for their lightness, taste, and raw ingredients (I challenge you to find a cake that makes everyone ask for seconds), but what struck me about our last experience was the availability and kindness in accommodating a request in record time. Many thanks to Tiziano and his staff; these days, finding someone who welcomes you with a smile and who doesn't sacrifice quality for quantity is truly rare!

On Saturday, July 26th, my daughter celebrated her 18th birthday, and as is our tradition for any family event, we rely on Pasticceria Di Fulvio for dessert, and I must say it was a perfect choice. A themed birthday cake, featuring a cocoa sponge cake base with Chantilly cream and dark chocolate chips. Topped with cream and wonderful handmade decorations; the freshest ingredients and the soft sponge cake, a truly delicious cream. All our guests loved it, and we received compliments, even from the owners of the venue where we held the event. For years now, it has been a trusted companion for all our most important moments. The staff is always very kind and helpful, and they always strive to accommodate their customers' tastes and choices. Thanks again for making my daughter's 18th birthday even more special.
