Excellent pastry bar with very varied choices of pastries, brioches, cakes and biscuits. All tastes are catered for. The only flaw would be to increase the staff who are in little trouble during peak hours!

Best brioches in Pavia hands down, shame about the tables often dirty and full of cups. I would like to point out that I think it is not simply a problem of the inattentive staff but of the logical composition of the place which makes cleaning operations between orders impractical and smooth (given the high number of customers).

The place is very nice, welcoming, inside it has tables, it has a display case with pastries of all tastes, very good brioches with fillings, and lots of cakes, The girls are very nice and kind, the price is normal, An advice : On the weekend go early for breakfast otherwise you will hardly find the croissants. I will be back soon, I highly recommend it to everyone.

Il Demetrio in Viale Matteotti, Castello area is fantastic. The girls who work at this café and pastry shop are friendly and kind. The products and coffee are excellent. Thanks for the fantastic service.

Breakfast on Saturday morning. The pastry shop has seating both inside and on the terrace facing the street, the cafeteria and the croissants are excellent. I ordered the vegan brioche with blueberry jam... five stars, the service is fast and the guys are very courteous. For me, my point of reference for the inevitable walk to the nearby market. I will definitely also try the pastry shop which looks excellent👍

12/06/2024: Top efficiency, in an Italy where often (too much) when there is a lot of work the quality of the service is lost... You breathe the right air, high quality coffee and croissants, and even if you have a 10 minute break between a customer and the other, appreciate it. Because this is the country we want, in which you produce, in the evening you are tired, and you hope for a system that doesn't weigh you down with taxes and other things. I'm waiting to stop by for lunch, I'm sure it will be a confirmation.. Well done!

25/11/2024: One of the best pizzas in Pavia, always. I've been going there all my life, I'm 58 years old and I've always found it wonderful.
24/11/2024: We were there last night. Excellent quality products, friendly service and a welcoming place. We waited a bit for the booked table because we were in the second round of the dinner and the gentlemen from the first round were slow to finish. The owner sent us pizzas to the center and mixed fried foods to apologize for the wait for which he wasn't even responsible. A gesture of courtesy truly appreciated that I have never received elsewhere in Pavia, in fact the manager is from Campania and it is especially noticeable in these details! Dinner for €16, everything perfect. I highly recommend!
