16/05/2025: On May 13th I had to go to the A&E, entered with a yellow code, I must say that from the beginning they welcomed me with professionalism, I found a doctor who deserves to be called such Dr. Improta super competent, professional, capable and kind, congratulations and thanks..... Unfortunately I went in these days given May 14th 2025 to the Medicine Department 2 on the fourth floor of the Dea, hospitalization department and after only one day I signed to leave, I found unfortunately a very nervous doctor, to whom I would advise humility, after a small argument and only one no of mine on an exam, personally raising the tone of the debate I was forced to pack my bag and sign to be discharged, a department that had not convinced me from the beginning, I had to wait an hour at the entrance to be admitted, by telephone appointment, on the 13th they called me in the morning to be admitted at 2pm, then called me an hour before telling me that a setback had arisen, so begging me to come on May 14th in the early afternoon. I forgot after having paid for a specialist visit to get in shortly, waiting time one month and 10 days, without even being able to receive a word of mediation from the doctor to whom he had paid for the consultation. Poor Policlinico, how times have changed. I would recommend humility on the part of some doctors in the department, starting from the top..
