We have had the opportunity to try many pastry shops over time, but never before have we tasted such exceptional pastries. Each bite is a perfect balance between lightness and taste, with crunchy and fragrant pastries, velvety and rich creams at the right point, without ever being excessive.
The quality of the raw materials is evident and the skill in processing really makes the difference. Here pastry making is an art, and the result is something unique, difficult to find elsewhere.
The environment is welcoming, the service attentive and courteous. An experience that deserves to be lived and that we would recommend to anyone who wants to discover what excellence in pastry making really means. Compliments!

I have read comments on the savory pastries of Pasticceria del Corso (unparalleled in Romagna) and I agree 100%. The dough is delicate and at the same time tasty, worked by expert people, without a shadow of a doubt.
I have also read negative comments about the staff and the owner, comments which in my opinion are untrue, I believe that the atmosphere has become more welcoming over the last few years.
I find more and more smiles and courtesy in the staff and the owner at the checkout; and it's also up to us customers to be understanding with workers who are up before dawn to prepare all those goodies for breakfast.
Ah, the espresso is excellent too!

Those who want to meet nice people can search on Tinder or in the nightclub. People go to Pasticceria del Corso because everything they make is stratospherically good. I have a weakness for savory pastas, like theirs nowhere in Romagna. The comments on the cannoli cut in half are absurd, the puff pastry is textbook and so is the cream. If they served them whole people would complain that they are huge and they would be right. The cannoli cut in half is the signature of the Corso pastry shop. I go there every time I can and every time it leaves me wanting to go back soon. It's true that the staff are as hard as life, but I also love them because they don't call me 'love' and don't allow themselves such unsolicited confidences. ❤️
