Despite being a gluten-free version, the texture was impeccable: soft and moist, indistinguishable from a traditional cake. The red mirror glaze is vibrant and perfect for a special occasion, and the decorations (the cute teddy bear and birds) add a truly sweet touch of craftsmanship. The combination chosen is a timeless classic, masterfully executed: Chantilly cream, light, velvety, and not overly sweet. Nutella is present in just the right amount to add indulgence without overpowering the other flavors, and the crunchy brittle adds a crunchy note and creates the perfect contrast with the softness of the cream. I discovered this pastry shop through a friend. Their pasticciotto cake with cream and black cherries was recommended to me. I have to say, it's truly spectacular: a delicate cream, a perfect contrast with just the right amount of black cherries, and a pastry baked to perfection. I don't know the owners, but if they're as good as their pasticciotto cake, they'll surely be exceptional. Top notch!!!
