This tradition was passed down to me by my father, I just travelled back through Rome for work and I made sure I came for their famous Canolo. Apart from select places in Sicily this is the only other canolo that is ranked one of the best in the world. It's even better without a billion tourists queuing for a subpar product. Grazie for continuing perfection for many years.

Exceptional cakes, rare, precious, delicate and unique tastes. A very pleasant 60s atmosphere. Fortunately very far from mass tourism :) high prices but very justified.

During my stay in Rome, I had the pleasure of discovering Pasticceria Dagnino and I was extremely satisfied. The Colomba I tried was fantastic, soft and with an authentic flavour, a real delight. But what really impressed me was the Americano aperitif, the best I have ever tasted! The coffee frappé was also perfect, fresh and creamy. The service was impeccable, with friendly and attentive staff. Furthermore, the aperitif appetizers were excellent, accompanied by an excellent selection of drinks. The pastry shop is located in a quiet corner, away from the tourist chaos, which makes the experience even more pleasant. I will definitely go back every time I'm in Rome!

Geweldige jaren 50 interieur, alsof Sofia Loren ieder moment kan binnenvallen. Bediening in mooi witte jassen, alles zoals vroeger. Fijne cappuccino, prachtige chocolade, live piano toen we ‘s avonds langsliepen van hele oude pianist, past allemaal in het plaatje. Alleen Italianen gezien: mooi authentiek

18/02/2025: Cena al tavolo con amici e musica dal vivo, il cibo è di ottima qualità, anche per il tipo di locale, segnalo la cotoletta "orecchia di elefante" veramente elefantina nelle dimensioni, che abbiamo condiviso con soddisfazione. Servizio attento, considerando che il cameriere era solo ha dato veramente buona prova di sè. Prezzi corretti, anche per il tipo di locale, apprezzabile che sulle bottiglie (un buon Franciacorta) non ci sia un ricarico esagerato. Purtroppo, ma non è colpa dei titolari, la sala ha un'acustica men che mediocre, che non consente di godersi appieno la musica; quest'ultima poi è il solito revival, canzoni di età media sulla quarantina e oltre, forse si potrebbe proporre qualcosa di più nuovo e stimolante. Nel complesso, comunque serata piacevole.
