I met Ugo this morning by chance, because I wanted to surprise my girlfriend, and I have to say, he was truly exceptional! He made me a fantastic chocolate parfait cake, fulfilling my requests and adding his expertise and artistry. It's beautiful to look at and delicious to eat. Ugo is a professional, kind, and passionate pastry chef: you can tell he loves his job and does it with great care. His workshop is spacious, clean, and well-stocked, and the display case is filled with many tempting, original cakes, pies, and sweet treats, including some very interesting reinterpretations of classics. Highly recommended if you want to be satisfied and make a great impression, both in terms of the aesthetics and the flavor of his desserts!
