He made me a fantastic chocolate parfait cake, fulfilling my requests and adding his expertise and artistry. It's beautiful to look at and delicious to eat. Ugo is a professional, kind, and passionate pastry chef: you can tell he loves his job and does it with great care. His workshop is spacious, clean, and well-stocked, and the display case is filled with many tempting, original cakes, pies, and sweet treats, including some very interesting reinterpretations of classics.
