In the center of Pisa, absolutely not to be missed: there are obviously the artisan cannoli, filled with assorted creams... then the rest, truly excellent. The owner, a loving and caring lady, serves you. Impossible not to go. Well done

Excellent pastry shop in the center of Pisa! The ladies are very kind and super welcoming. The counter is always full and the croissants are delicious.

03/03/2025: The place disappointed me a little because the reviews were great! The service is good but the dishes are so-so... like for example the overcooked first courses!!! Too bad!
23/02/2025: Good food, not the usual dishes but nice originality of choice, what we had was excellent, very nice environment, with many well-matched recycled objects. Friendly staff.

11/03/2025: Local and really very good food, expertly prepared with meat from the region. Freshly prepared, honest and a true atmosphere - lived and made by free spirits. A wonderful place if you are interested in essence!
08/03/2025: In an environment from other times, on a road where you probably only pass if you know the place... we will find a place where not to stop, it would be the eighth cardinal sin. Whether for a quick snack from the barrels outside the "shop", or for a dinner with all the trappings of the case, Papaqua will be able to compensate for the search to find it, with dishes linked to the territory and seasonality. Natural and local wines complete a picture that deserves to be experienced. Special mention to the waiter, who will make you understand why Tuscans are unique.
