Pasticceria Cusimano In Viareggio

A treat for our breakfast. We spent a week in Viareggio and I discovered this place near my house for croissants... lots of choice and very good. Go on like this!

We have been there 4 times and for all 4 times the service was not the best, especially from the blonde girl who never responded to our "Good morning" She limited herself to making a gesture with her chin to let us know what we had chosen, giving us the impression of looking down on us from beyond the window... Bah! The lady, I don't know if she is the owner, is always nervous and almost annoyed when we approach the cash register to pay. The products are good but the behavior of the staff is not which doesn't encourage you to come back, it's a shame

Great for a quick snack, excellent pastries. And above all they accept and even promote payment by card or debit card.

Pasticceria molto buona, non ottima ma valida, avrebbe dei vantaggi su molte altre pasticcerie viareggine se non fosse per la maleducazione di chi lo gestisce, sembra quasi di dar noia....mah !....al pubblico lavoro anche io, è difficile, ma rispondere quasi a grugniti senza alzare la testa ad una domanda posta non è proprio da educati....per San Giuseppe alle 16 del pomeriggio le zeppole erano già finite( bene per loro ) ma praticamente il bancone era pieno di zeppole messe via per i clienti ( anche 1 sola) in una ricorrenza lo trovo un po esagerato.....poi se ti guardi intorno ti accorgi che la pulizia non è proprio il loro forte....peccato, avreste dato molti punti in piu a tante altre pasticcerie, bi salva il fatto che la pasticceria si può considerare buona.se uno trova altrove cmq è meglio.
