However, an honorable mention goes to the brioches, the true protagonists of my favorite breakfasts. The one with cream and apple is simply irresistible: the balance between the sweetness of the cream and the fresh and slightly acidic note of the apple makes it unique. And the version with cream and black cherries? An explosion of taste, where creaminess meets fruit in a perfect combination. Impossible not to conclude with the diplomat: one of my favorite sweets. The pastry is crispy at the right point, fragrant and light, while the layers of cream blend together in a harmony that conquers from the first taste. I recommend Cuppi to those looking for authentic desserts, made with love and a pinch of magic. An address to bookmark and rediscover every time you want something really good.
