A great way to start any morning with a fresh pastry and a coffee. The ricotta croissant with chocolate chips on half and pistachio on the other was great. The pistachio filled croissant was buttery and crispy and packed full of pistachio spread.

Today, December 12, 2024 at 3.15 pm, we asked, as usual, if it was possible to have a pistachio croissant. It is a request that, in the three years in which we have been frequenting the place, has always been welcomed with pleasure. However, the new staff justified themselves by saying that a greater quantity of requests would be needed to prepare it.
Considering the time and the low turnout, this reason seemed difficult to understand. Furthermore, we have noticed that, in recent weeks, pistachio croissants are significantly less filled than in the past.
We hope that these observations can be useful to improve the service.
