Tiziana, the owner, and all the staff make customers feel at home. With their kindness and the fantastic products they offer, they certainly represent one of the best pastry shops in Udine. Open almost always even on holidays, it offers from simple brioches (and to say simple is frankly an understatement given the goodness of the cream that Cortello produces) to refined Neapolitan pastry products and even cakes made to order. Not to mention the great coffee. Open all day, it is also a great place for a brunch or an aperitif. Highly recommended

O bought 6 pastries to bring as a gift to my friend they are not exceptional there is better too sweet for my tastes being Maista Pastissery myself and or taught in different schools but each of us has his own methods I or learned from Iginio Massari who revisited the entire pastry shop. Returning to the knife pastry shop, however, according to hearsay, they make an excellent cappuccino and a good espresso, the place would need to be revisited a bit but still ok

How to face a gray working day in Udine? With one of the pastry shop's delights. The pastry looks like the one prepared at home, the brioches smile from the window. The service is excellent. Only 4 stars for the environment, perhaps attention should be paid to the decorations and acoustics... for the rest: well done, well done, well done!

wonderful and very welcoming place, excellent pasta and very friendly service. Even on weekends when the amount of people is very high, they manage to manage the situation well always with a smile on their faces. great pastry cutter!
