Superb breakfast, truly fantastic croissant with cream and chocolate, superb cappuccino. There was a bit of a wait on a Sunday morning due to the crowds, but we found a seat in just a few minutes.

I don't know how many times I have breakfast here. In my three years living in Ferrara, Dario is the very first cafe that I visit, and I love it every moment, whether for breakfast or an aperitivo. This place has the best brioche, atmosphere and ambience! Outdoor and indoor, with affordable prices! The staff always nice and helpful!

Excellent ice creams enjoyed on the street terrace overlooking the back of the clock tower. Classic and original flavors, we tried mascarpone with wild berries, biscotto dario, vignolese, salted caramel panna cotta... Very friendly welcome, reasonable prices.

The best gelato (or ice cream) of my life! They have dairy-free options. The atmosphere is amazing. The seating is some of the most comfortable around. The staff is some of the most friendly people I’ve met and are super welcoming to foreigners and tourists. They have vegan croissants. Highly highly recommended!

We had delicious ice cream, lots of choices, and the price is very reasonable for what you get. It's also served on a small plate. Highly recommended (during peak season).

Truly comfortable atmosphere, with comfortable seats, excellent furnishings, and a tidy, clean, and spacious interior.
The gelato was delicious; I ordered the largest cone where you can add four flavors (from €5.50).
A wide selection of flavors, even for those with lactose intolerance.
10/10 for the staff, too: kind and friendly.
In a great location just steps from the historic center.
