Wow, now that’s an amazing gelato! And mine was a small.

The pastry and ice cream shop is not big enough. I was there this weekend, there were too many people and you could see that they were having a lot of trouble serving everyone. There are few seats and there isn't much choice for the pastry shop. If a product runs out they don't do it right away but you have to choose something else. They are very exaggerated with the prices, for a coffee, a cappuccino, two cream pastries of which a cooked cream we paid around €6.70, only the coffee cost €1.40. There are no car parks as it is in the centre, so you have to park in the car park in the historic centre, which costs around one euro per hour on weekends.

While visiting Ferrara, we were tempted by this ice cream shop....and we did well!!! The ice cream is excellent, the sales assistant was very kind and very good at composing a "generous" cone. Highly recommended!!!

Delicious desserts and ice cream, the only flaw is the new staff (I understand that there are new waitresses). We are almost regular customers and we love this pastry shop, except that the other day a waitress made a mistake putting the ice cream on the cones for me and a friend of mine, in fact she drained it all on the cone and made a mistake in putting them in the order of density. My friend had to hurry up and eat the ice cream because it was dripping and it was amazing. My complaint is that if I make you an ice cream cone and you get ice cream all over the sides and I make you drip the whole scoop, the least I can do is offer to do it again. I understand new staff, perhaps even beginners, but the basics must be taught. Having said that, no hard feelings, on the contrary, we will continue to buy from Dario, also hoping that the waitresses are less "messed up"

They serve all the Italians even if it's your turn, but not you, cause they don't speak english! Very disappointing attitude! 😕
