A must stop for a good coffee and a pastry.

It's always a great experience to get up and go and drink the first coffee of the day at their top pastry shop too

I have been going to this pastry shop for years, which I believe has evolved positively over time. I frequent it mainly because the pastries they offer perfectly reflect my tastes. Furthermore, the cakes are delicious and I have always found this service upon reservation to be impeccable. Sure they're not cheap, but for once a year they're worth it. The service has also improved over the years, there had been a long period of constant change of staff (and this never makes a good impression on me), as a result there was always confusion and slowness because people had to learn. However, I have been seeing the same faces for a while, and as a result the general service has improved. However, there is still a bit of slowness (or perhaps low number of waiters?) that can be worked on, and I believe that the large size, with its relative noise, does not help. However, the environment is visually pleasing. Overall therefore, in addition to some ideas for improvement, for me it remains a place that I always like to frequent.

Today finally after a year, I received decent service. Compliments to the new blonde girl who served us the pastries to take away. Very kind and polite. I no longer came here because of the rude and sulky service from the other employees. Once for a coffee and a water we were sent out "because there is table service" and, even though there was no one there, except two tables already served, the waitresses saw fit to make us wait 10 minutes before coming. out to take the order. Great chats and laughter behind the counter and customers waiting... coffee with dirty spoon, ashtray and table no less. Today we came across it by chance because the other shop where we get pastries had run out of them and this girl was a pleasant surprise. If I were to return I hope to find this type of service again.
