Great local pizza. Pizzaiolo stayed in the pizzeria specially for us so we were able to order something in the late evening!

One of the best pizzas I've ever eaten! The dough is rolled out very thin and melts in your mouth. The frame is crunchy and really tasty. The ingredients above are fresh and really good. My pizza had courgettes, cotto and stracchino and was truly delicious. Super recommended!!!!

05/01/2025: Veramente una ottima esperienza di cibo locale. Piatti tipici, come la lingua di vitello marinara, e varianti come fettuccine al tartufo e uova in camicia, oppure Entrecote con carciofi e miele. Prezzi molto buoni, servizio cortese e veloce nonostante siamo venuti alle 14:40 di Domenica. Consigliatissimo

10/04/2025: A beautiful house in Ragusana stone, sober but welcoming Mediterranean style, there were really many of us according to the restaurateur in Tre Centro... I thought that lunch would become my dinner and instead we were immediately welcomed and served in less than an hour, we were already at the café truly exceptional... starters and main courses perhaps should be enriched but the first courses were very good... for the price on the menu however it is understandable and the place is an excellent alternative for an alternative lunch on a Sunday with the family
