We relied on this pastry shop for our wedding cake, I had the pleasure of speaking with Marco the owner. Marco was very kind in helping me with my doubts, advising us on how to set up the table. I knew that I could not keep up with this thing being the bride and talking to him gave me peace of mind, dealing with someone who loves their job always changes things for the better! We had tasted the cake at the tasting for the choice and it was delicious, the cake at the wedding was equally delicious and all the guests confirmed it . I used Caroti Sgrilli to organize my graduation party. They prepared paella, polenta, mixed appetizers and dessert for me. Mrs. Olivia, very kind, gave me excellent advice and the dishes were delicious and beautiful. I will definitely use them again for my next party!

As a newly retired person, in order to greet my work colleagues with a toast and a small refreshment, I turned to the Caroti & Sgrilli Pasticceria, following the suggestion of a colleague, already a customer of theirs. Let me start by saying that I am the son of a chef and I spent my youth in the kitchens of large hotels and restaurants, so I have a "clinical eye" once I enter an establishment, be it a delicatessen, a pastry shop, a bakery or a restaurant I it only takes a few moments to understand whether or not I am in the right place. The feeling I had when entering Caroti & Sgrilli for the first time was that of finding myself in a well-kept, clean, tidy, hard-working, artisanal environment and above all with a pleasant sensation of smell. I agreed on the composition of the menu with the skills and kindness of Mrs. Olivia, accepting her precious advice. They delivered everything we had agreed to the location on the pre-arranged day and time with grace and precision. The paper trays containing both savory and sweet foods (we are talking about 18 trays) were wrapped one by one and on each of them it was written what it contained. They were in turn transported inside white food-grade PET crates with lids. Mrs. Olivia's very kind daughters even delivered to the floor, in the room where the reception would take place. At the end of the event, everyone, and I underline all the participants in the buffet, came to compliment the goodness, the great quality, the fragrance of the products. Many have asked me where the products come from. I'm not Florentine, and so I allowed myself (jokingly of course) to make fun of them by telling them: << ...but how? you native Florentine DOC people ask a Calabrian where this oven is when it is 500 meters from us?...>>. Having participated in other similar "events", in my memory perhaps only twice a comparison could be made, but we are talking about high level catering with service, (Waiters and Cooking Chef)... and in any case perhaps more appearance than substance. Ultimately: if you have a happy event, an anniversary or a celebration in mind, I highly recommend you rely on Caroti & Sgrilli, you will receive kindness and availability.
