Cafiero is the perfect place to discover the flavors of Neapolitan pastries. A few days ago we had a snack with babà and sfogliatella: truly delicious, prepared according to tradition, and the coffee is also excellent, creamy and with a rich flavor. Last Christmas, in addition to babà and sfogliatelle, we also brought home roccocò, susamielli, mustacciuoli, and Neapolitan cassatine. My Neapolitan relatives came to visit and found everything mouth-watering :) I also want to emphasize the kindness with which the Cafiero family treats their customers.

The sfogliatelle filled with Chantilly cream, pistachio, Nutella, hazelnut, custard, coffee, lemon cream, and Oreo are delicious. In short...there's something for everyone.

Excellent pastry shop; we tried the zeppola di San Giuseppe and the sfogliatella frolla. Everything was delicious. Next time we come back, we'll try something else.

17/09/2025: This is our second time dining at this restaurant. Everything was excellent, starting with the welcome, the exceptional waiters, and the delicious food. The real highlight of the evening, however, was the dessert, the freshly made tiramisu. Amazing!! We'll definitely be back.
11/09/2025: Impeccable service. Excellent food. Prices are obviously high but reasonable. No noise issues (we were outside), but we were always able to chat without disturbing each other between tables. Excellent fillet steak (I asked for it to be rare—usually the core temperature leaves much to be desired—this was absolutely perfect!) Bupni was inflated regarding the wines. The desserts were excellent (tiramisu prepared at the table), but the jam tart was fantastic.

08/06/2026: The food is excellent and the service is also quite fast, even though it was full.
01/06/2026: A place that never disappoints. I'm taking away a star from the food because today, perhaps some of the pizzas weren't as perfect as usual.
