I would like to leave a review on my recent visit to your bar. I ordered a coffee and asked for a glass of water, as often happens in other places. Unfortunately they charged me for a glass of water, which caused an unpleasant feeling, because in most bars water with coffee is offered for free. I understand that each facility has its own rules, but this approach leaves a negative impression. It would be nice if these moments were revisited so that visitors feel more at ease and are not left with a feeling of resentment.
