We stopped at this pastry shop, drawn by the sweets on display, and were tempted by a hot chocolate, perfect for a Saturday evening in December. They were super kind, and the owner caught me taking a few photos of the sweets, chatted with us, and even offered us some cookies to enjoy with our hot chocolate. We'll be back.

I entered this pastry shop, drawn in by the sparkling window display and meticulous attention to detail. Inside, the aesthetics gave way to flavors. I enjoyed an excellent gianduiotto, warm and creamy, with fresh cream, and a zabaglione cannoli. I'll definitely be back.

I recently tasted the "Focaccia Chierese con lievito madre" at Dolci e Dolci. I found it to be a very playful twist on the traditional "focaccia Chierese." The focaccia itself is incredibly made, with the dough being super soft like a cloud, covered in butter and powdered sugar. The butter itself adds a moist element to the dessert, making it much more tempting to go in for a second, third, or fourth slice. The powdered sugar is the cherry on top, as it makes the dessert look heavenly while also adding sweetness. I highly recommend trying it with family and friends.

This pastry shop boasts exceptional quality, representing a local excellence.
(It even seems a bit wasteful for the town it's in 😄).
They also have a very good gluten-free selection, and as far as I know, they also cater to other intolerances.
I'd like to point out that this year's panettone is a competition-winning one! Gorgeous, incredibly fresh. Perfect air bubbles and full flavor. The aromas take you back to your childhood!
I recommend eating it very soon after purchase to fully enjoy it, as it contains no preservatives.
The staff is friendly, and the owner is very friendly and helpful!
