Pasticceria Caffè Wallner - Gelateria In Verona

The service was very helpful and friendly. The best coffee and ice cream. The waiters were smiling wearing bow ties. 🙂

Caffè Wallner is located in Verona, in the heart of the old town and just a few steps from the Arena and Piazza Brà. The café is often an Instagram subject – not least because of its picturesque interior and delicious treats. They offer a wide selection of sweet and savory dishes to suit every taste, from classic croissants to traditional Verona desserts like the famous Russian cake and Sfogliatine di Villafranca.

Perfect! Out of this world pancakes..

Café with a lot of options regarding drinks, but not that many "bigger" deserts to choose from. The tiramisu was good. Staff at the counter was not very welcoming.

Expensive but very well-maintained, with an outdoor terrace and indoor tables. Good quality and excellent service.

Ice cream is not tasty at all. The atmosphere is not very good either... shabby chairs and tables...

Very nice place with excellent coffee and their special coffee Wallner caffe. Also excellent ice cream. Nice service.

A place that will not be missed - we only went for a couple of drinks but the staff at the bar were very rude. Initially when we came in the guy behind the bar looked irritated that we were taking him away from his phone. Once we had finished we went over to pay and three members of staff behind the bar were too busy talking to notice us, even after the poor waitress tried to get their attention. We will not be returning.

We've already had breakfast there several times and are always impressed by the high quality of the homemade delicacies from the pastry shop, the good coffee, and the delicious paninis. An absolute recommendation!
