I always stop by when I pass through Trieste. I think croissants this good are hard to find, not to mention strudel...and so on. There's a pastry shop from the same chain in the city center, too. It's an experience worth trying. I don't rate the ambiance highly because it's not very big on Via Baiamonti.

Good place for a short coffee break. The quality of beans and the taste of coffee itself is on a high level. Prices with good comparison to the quality and portions. The stuff is not speaking much in English, but you should not have a problem ordering 😊

I stopped by this bar for a simple coffee, but I was very disappointed by the attitude of the staff. In particular, the blonde lady with short hair, who was in charge of the coffee machine, was extremely rude and surly. No smile, no courtesy, abrupt answers and a clearly annoyed tone even when faced with completely normal requests. I understand that you can have a bad day, but education towards customers should always be guaranteed. Such a negative experience, even if brief, is enough to make me choose another place in the future.
