Pasticceria Caffe' Viezzoli Cinzia In Trieste

I stopped by this bar for a simple coffee, but I was very disappointed by the attitude of the staff. In particular, the blonde lady with short hair, who was in charge of the coffee machine, was extremely rude and surly. No smile, no courtesy, abrupt answers and a clearly annoyed tone even when faced with completely normal requests. I understand that you can have a bad day, but education towards customers should always be guaranteed. Such a negative experience, even if brief, is enough to make me choose another place in the future.

Very good coffee, but just enough service.

The place is welcoming and renovated, the staff is kind and helpful, the products are really good, it's a shame about the parking which you have to be lucky to find, and about the environment which is a bit small inside, but for the nothing else can be said. If you're passing through those parts, I highly recommend it.
