Pasticceria Buti In Siena

It’s just the very best in town. You can’t believe how authentic they are. Super yummy food. The ‘evergreen’ for the locals, as well as a ‘must’ for authentic travellers. Italian breakfast in Siena? Buti for sure. 😘

Look, this is an institution in Siena, there's little to discuss. If you want to try properly made desserts, this is a must. Their caramelized specialty is Bahian, the kind that sticks in your memory, but even the simplest pastries are no joke, damn it. Quality always comes first; you can tell the ingredients are top-notch. As for the service, though, we're going to have to give a damn. Sometimes the people behind the counter are kind and quick, other times it seems like they're in the wrong place. I've even been waiting and seen people who arrived later walk past me, without even an apology. These things really piss me off, because given the quality of their food, you'd want to come back every day. It's a shame, they should pay more attention to these things.

Very nice pastry shop with a good selection of Italian sweets. We had a cappuccino here for 1.5€ and a vanilla cream cake called Caramellatino for 1.6€. The cappuccino was very good and the cake was delicious. The space is smaller but sufficient for sitting with a coffee.

Good products, but the service leaves a bit to be desired due to the lack of customer service due to the overcrowding. Ambience is average.

On the advice of a friend, we chose this pastry shop for our wedding fruit tart: the shortcrust pastry was crumbly and delicious, the cream was very sweet and the fruit was fresh and abundant. We also ordered a selection of mignon in various flavors, all simply exquisite.

You can't leave Siena without tasting the best desserts in Siena. The "Caramellato" from BUTI is superb!! The pastries and all their products are also special! 360° kindness and courtesy as always!

Stra consigliato il caramellato anche se sarebbe comoda una confezione da viaggio. Il locale è molto affollato ma se prenotate prima il vostro vassoio potete saltare la fila.

Los dulces se veían increíbles, pero fui por el atún mayo y alcaparra focaccia que estaba bueno. La pastelería estaba llena de lugareños recogiendo golosinas dulces para Semana Santa, que era agradable de ver. El precio era razonable y el servicio estaba bien teniendo en cuenta lo ocupados que estaban.
