The best pastry shop in Pisa! Excellent, fresh, and delicious products, from the coffee to the desserts. Quality is guaranteed every time. It's just a shame the staff isn't always the same, but overall it remains a must-visit in the city.

When I visit my mom in Pisa (I'm from the Mugello area), I always stop and get four pastries, strictly 2 meringues and 2 zabaglione. It's nice to see that the lady at the cash register always remembers me and gets it ahead of me☺️. Excellent service and delicious pastries!!

Unfortunately, I must confirm the poor quality of the brioche, which is not at all flaky; it's on par, if not worse, than homemade brioche dough. The quality/price ratio is truly poor, considering €1.50 a piece. There are provincial cafes where the brioche is absolutely better and costs less.

Good service and friendly staff. Unfortunately, the pastries aren't great quality, not a memorable breakfast. For my taste, the products are decent, but nothing more.

24/09/2025: Passing through on my way back from Elba Island, I stopped at this restaurant by chance, and it was an excellent choice! The steak was fabulous, and the staff was friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!
