Every time I am greeted by an inviting atmosphere, made even more special by the amazing people who work there. The staff is always friendly and professional. The gluten-free and lactose-free options are many and very good, from classic pastries to savory ones. The cakes are also without a doubt the best I have ever tasted. It is clear that here, in addition to expertise, there is a genuine love for the art of pastry making and particular attention to those with specific dietary needs. I highly recommend a visit to anyone in the San Miniato area, especially those looking for gluten-free options.

We are talking about a very charming pastry shop, both for the location, welcoming and spacious, with ample parking, and for the quality of the food: excellent. I had the opportunity to appreciate the kindness, professionalism and competence of the owners who, in addition to offering the good things they produce, add kindness and attention to detail, which sometimes make the difference. Excellent food, if you're looking to eat good stuff it's one of the best in the area. What do the French know who fill their mouths with so many chains for breakfast, the baguette: we are ahead!

We were fortunate to find Pasticceria Brotini while visiting San Miniato. The staff are very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable (thank you Angela and Daniele). The place is clean and the products are excellent. We had several sandwiches (their truffle sandwiches are worth the visit), cakes (Panatone is so tasty) and their chocolates are very tasty and so creative. We enjoyed all their products and are taking some home to Canada. A great place to visit and shop. We will be back on our next visit to San Miniato.

Very renowned pastry bar and rightly considered to be at the top. The service leaves something to be desired due to its slowness and not too much kindness. However, it remains a positive opinion.
