I've never tasted Cuneesi, and I have to say they're truly spectacular. You can really taste the chocolate and the various liqueurs. If you have the chance, buy from this pastry shop; they're truly exceptional. I've never received such treatment; they look after you before, during, and after your purchase. Best regards, Davide

The droneresi that they make, in my opinion are spectacular, very loaded with rum as I like it, but who is behind the bar... not very nice, and what, if people bother you change

09/05/2025: Excellent elegant restaurant with absolutely normal prices. The first courses were excellent, I tasted and appreciated the gobbi di saluzzo, made by them like every dish. The desserts are also excellent (top pistachio semifreddo!), all produced by their kitchen. Very courteous owner and also available to make variations on the dishes (one of the group had celiac disease). Absolutely to return!
