I got a very good, fresh birthday cake. The pandispania was soft and fluffy, with a generous amount of cream and exquisite sponges as decoration. I'm very satisfied ❤️

Storica pasticceria del centro, poco appariscente e conosciuta solo dagli abitanti locali. Qualità sempre ottima, immodificata negli anni, così come i prezzi. Se volete gustare degli ottimi pasticcini e delle ottime torte è assolutamente da provare. Non dimentichiamoci di frittelle e lattughe durante il carnevale... squisite!

In a respectable pastry shop, I expect butter, not margarine. Instead, I accidentally discovered on the ingredients list that many of the desserts in the display case contain hydrogenated vegetable fats to accommodate vegan preferences. A pastry shop isn't a supermarket. Its duty is to make high-quality pastries with classic, healthy ingredients. Replacing butter with margarine to please those who don't want to give up sweets but reject animal products is an unacceptable compromise on quality. I'm disappointed because the desserts I bought with strictly butter were delicious.
