Very good yeast pastries, pastries, coffee, cappuccinos, biscuits. My favorite is the Roman puff pastry (the ciavattone), a delicious caramelized puff pastry filled with cream or jam. During the Easter period they create artistic eggs, beautiful to look at, some will then be sorry to eat them. The tramezzini are also excellent. One of the best pastry shops in Rome, the prices may seem high but like nowhere else here you can say it doesn't cost much, it's worth a lot! Once you've tasted any of their products you won't care about the price anymore!

Conosciuto perché mi hanno portato in ufficio delle zeppole fritte semplicemente fantastiche ed il giorno successivo sono andato per colazione ed il giorno dopo ancora per provare gli altri prodotti , avendo acquistato una ventina di dolci variamente assortiti. Il cornetto fritto assolutamente fantastico e questo la dice lunga sull'abilità dello chef/pasticciere sui fritti ; ma anche tutto il resto ha riscosso grande successo . Sono stato accolto con grande gentilezza ed affabilità e mi hanno subito inserito nella chat degli eventi. Le due signore , molto sorridenti e disponibili, ed evidentemente è frutto anche di come ci si pone nei loro confronti. Per i prezzi , che sono un po' più alti dei competitor romani, ritengo che siano adeguati ad una qualità eccelsa sia di materia prima che di lavorazione. Non puoi volere il meglio e non pagarlo adeguatamente, non sarebbe coerente. Complimenti al maestro ed alla sua squadra. Come dico alcune volte: vale il viaggio da qualsiasi parte Tu venga!!!!
