Una pasticceria bar a dir poco storica in centro gallarate …la pasticceria e ottima e il caffè ottimo il tutto in un ambiente molto vintage ma ordinato …servizio vecchio stile attento al cliente e professionali

Rifugio Dumenza

30/01/2025: My partner and I were there on January 24th, we followed the path on foot, with some not too demanding uphills and downhills, within 30/40 minutes, we arrived at the refuge. The refuge is very welcoming and with a wonderful view of the mountains and Lake Maggiore. Clean, tidy and equipped for dining outside too. The managers were really kind, helpful and very nice. We ate very well, excellent cured meats and cheeses, my favorite was the goat's cheese. Savory puff pastry croissants with caramelized onions are truly exquisite and the "Monte Lema" polenta taragna is a top ten delicacy! We will be back as soon as possible.
20/01/2025: Refuge 1h30' from Dumenza uphill OR 30' on a dirt road Book which has few places (16 in winter). Picnic area for the summer in the shade of the woods, overlooking Lake Maggiore. Very home cooking all with wood stove. Coffee with moka...
