In my opinion, it's the best in Pistoia... everything is always fresh and delicious. The prices are good and not too expensive, which is fair. The owner and staff are very kind and helpful... I recommend it to everyone.

05/10/2025: Excellent pastry shop in the center of Monsummano. The staff is very kind and attentive to their customers' needs. They produce both gluten- and gluten-free products, without the risk of cross-contamination. Between the two of us, we had two cappuccinos, a croissant with their chocolate cream (highly recommended), and a gluten-free pain au chocolat. Everything was delicious. The prices are slightly higher than average, but for the quality, it's absolutely worth it.
16/09/2025: Vegan croissants always available. Excellent vegan and gluten-free pastries made to order. Excellent artisanal preparations, sublime vegan chocolate mousse! Single-serving price: €8.00 for a vegan and gluten-free cake.

16/10/2025: Good restaurant with excellent food Well-designed and tasty place The fried farmyard beans, Sorana flask, and tortelli with ragù are perfect for lunch. Or dinner with friends.
13/10/2025: Unfortunately, the owners don't take to heart the fact that customers need to be served but also looked after... as they say in Tuscany, they're trying to make money... you can't bring me a tray of fried fish from the farmyard with a tray of fried mushrooms and make me wait 10 minutes for plates and cutlery to eat... to get a second bottle of house wine, which was dearly paid for, we had to get up from our table and ask directly at the bar... calmly after the plates, that too arrived at the table. Unacceptable!!!
