I knew the pastry shop was excellent... but this morning I had further confirmation from the staff too... the blonde, doe-eyed saleswoman was kind enough to my daughter for a sandwich, making herself available to remove the tomato, simply because she doesn't like it... in this world where they make you pay even for sharing a toast, this gesture deserves 5-star luxury... thanks, see you soon...

20/07/2025: Every time we're in Cinquale in Versilia, Bar Elio becomes our regular breakfast spot. And we don't mind if we have to wait a bit to see each other and enjoy the pastries. We're always more than happy to do so. Everyone behind the counter is always smiling; everyone, despite not having a second off from their busy schedule, always has time for a joke and a kind word. Which makes the pastries and drinks even more special. And look for a young Djokovic if you can find him!!
