Friendly and kind staff who are pleased to serve you and don't make you feel like you are an imposition for merely being there (something that can't unfortunately be said for every establishment in Padova). I recently had the pleasure of buying a Red Velvet cake from here - a generous quantity of mascarpone cream between layers of sponge with flakes of chocolate and pieces of strawberry. Delicious! The chef took the time to kindly explain the product to me, even being patient with my broken Italian! They have a great range of pastry and sweet bread-based products and biscuits such as the delicious Zaetti. Prices are in line with the quality provided.

The products are excellent with excellent quality raw materials, the raspberry shortcrust pastry is delicious, not to mention the caprese, I have never eaten such good caprese.
